The Course

Design thinking puts the user first, and the primary way we put the user first is by empathizing with them. The primary tool of the empathy stage is the empathy map. This course takes you through the empathy map tool and allows you to start utilizing the design thinking methodology immediately.

The Ideal Student

So who is the ideal student for this course? You are! This course was designed as a follow on for students that have already been exposed or trained in design thinking, but that wanted to dive deeper.

But, it's also a great first step for individuals just getting introduced into design thinking because empathy mapping is one of the primary tools of design thinking.

So if you are a design thinking veteran or someone just starting your design thinking journey, this course is perfect for you.
